Easy Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 20g White Chia Seeds

  • 100mL Full Cream Milk (Or other milk of choice)

  • 1 Kiwi Fruit, sliced

  • 20g Toasted Oats (I use Jordan's Cluster Bites)

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds and milk and stir until well combined

  2. Let mixture sit for 10-15mins until chia has absorbed some milk and stir to break apart clumps. Continue this process until chia and milk are well combined

  3. Prior to serving, top with sliced kiwi fruit (or other fruit of choice) and toasted oats.

    Tip: You can store this in the fridge overnight for a quick and easy early morning snack!
