Tegan (Owner/Exercise Physiologist/Online Coach)

Hey, I’m Tegan and I’m the founder of Train Right Australia! I’ve been running this business for over 8-years now, I’m an all-round over achiever, I enjoy staying active and love working with clients who need that little extra help with taking the stress out of their health and fitness.

I started as a Personal Trainer and found I was particularly keen on the rehabilitation side of things. Especially helping people with conditions or injuries that want to stay or return to physical activity they enjoy! I’ve worked with hundreds of clients and helped them improve body composition (i.e. reduce body fat, improve muscle mass, etc), provide post-surgery and injury rehabilitation, educated clients on nutritional needs and reduced stress that can come with any health and fitness goals.

I’m here to provide my clients with the best service possible and I work hard to make sure they all feel supported throughout their journey. So, if you haven’t already, I hope you get in touch so we can help you with our simple, yet effective, approach.

Tony (Chief Morale Officer)

He’s a dog.

His job is to look cute and provide serotonin boosts throughout the day.

He’s doing a spectacular job.

The extra stuff:

1. I’ve never been sporty

You are looking at possibly the least sporty person you will ever come across. I didn’t enjoy team sports and always felt really incompetent when it came to anything we did in school.

I started the way most people do: with a goal to lose weight. Simple, right? Not so much. I had terrible relationship with my body and the food I ate and I was always striving for thinner… Luckily, I educated myself, learnt to love food and my body, and now I have a regular routine that allows me to enjoy the best of both worlds!

2. I’m mildly obsessed with my dog.

It’s a well known fact that I am dog obsessed.

Enter: Tony.

A rescue Shar Pei-Rottweiler Cross who struggles with anxiety (same, buddy) and routinely puts me in awkward positions while just trying to enjoy a walk.

He will make regular appearances in Check-Ins and generally any photo I take and share with you all.
