What is Online Coaching?

Our job is to help our clients understand their goals and create a personalised exercise prescription that is simple, yet effective, helping our clients achieve what they want, without the overwhelm.

Our Online Coaching services provide our clients with genuinely personalised approach to their exercise and nutrition. Plus, they have the additional flexibility to work to their own schedule, anywhere and any time that suits them best. All with support from their trainer whenever they need it.

Everything you need is on our free app and/or our website. With easy to follow videos and tailored guidance, our clients don’t have to question whether what they’re doing will help achieve their goals. They KNOW it will. 

A key aspect to Online Coaching is the on-demand guidance from health professionals who know how to educate, modify and provide advice for clients when they need it.

This approach helps to reduce the overwhelm that can come with busy schedules, conflicting health and fitness goals that often lead to plateaus in progress.

So, if you want simple yet effective methods that will help you achieve the goals you set, and make sure you enjoy the process at the same time, you’re in the right place!


How It Works

First, we have a (free) Consult Call with each and every client to ensure you are getting what you need from us! We aren’t here to waste your time (or ours) so we want to make sure you are getting the best option for your needs. 

All exercise programs are all delivered via an app (which is free!) which provides easy to follow videos for each exercise. These programs are broken into workouts for your week and provide you with a suitable exercise prescription to suit whatever you need.


As you go, programs and workouts are updated regularly to evolve and adapt to your needs. We can work with changes in routine (i.e. new jobs, busy schedules, etc), changes in exercise needs (i.e. injuries, pregnancies, etc) and we will even work alongside your other Allied Health Professionals (i.e. Physiotherapists, Nutritionists, Dietitians, etc) to ensure you are getting a holistic approach to your training. 


Personalised Nutrition Guidance

We like to keep nutrition simple. We provide tailored

guidelines to all our Platinum and VIP clients based on a

range of factors including age, gender, activity levels as well as

nutritional history. 

Ideally, we have our clients track their nutritional intake with

a Nutrition Tracking app (we can make recommendations if

needed – whatever you use, it can be free!) but we also

understand that everyone is different. So, just like your

training prescription, we will work with each client

individually and ensure we are giving them the best advice

based on their specific needs (in other words, if you don’t use

an app, we can work with that!).
