Ingredients (Serves 1)
2 Weet-Bix Biscuits
170g Vanilla Yo-Pro Yoghurt
1x Apple (approx. 150g)
10g Pumpkin Seeds
Instructions
Chop apple into small cubes.
Place apple and yoghurt in a bowl and crush weet-bix over the top.
Sprinkle pumpkin seeds over top of the mix - Enjoy!
Tip: Swap out the apple for 150g of any fruit you choose and enjoy a variety of flavours!
