Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 2 Weet-Bix Biscuits

  • 170g Vanilla Yo-Pro Yoghurt

  • 1x Apple (approx. 150g)

  • 10g Pumpkin Seeds

Instructions

  1. Chop apple into small cubes.

  2. Place apple and yoghurt in a bowl and crush weet-bix over the top.

  3. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds over top of the mix - Enjoy!

    Tip: Swap out the apple for 150g of any fruit you choose and enjoy a variety of flavours!
