Ingredients

1 Banana (approx 120g)

1 scoop of Protein Powder

30g Rolled Oats

100 mL Milk of Choice

Cinnamon, pinch (optional)

1/2 cup ice Water (to top up)

Nutmeg, pinch (optional)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
